Bluewater is a presbytery of A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (ECO). Our purpose is to support, encourage, and be a resource for local congregations. We cultivate connection and community among our 17 member churches in the California counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, and the state of Hawaii. We are one of 22 presbyteries in ECO.
